A legendary spot that I will never gate keep from anyone. If you want your car fixed with no additional “recommendations” this is your spot. Found a warranty issue on my ac and provide the code to take to Honda for them to honor it. AC repairs are expensive btw…

You lost my trust. I am 78 & told you I don’t care what it costs just keep me safe. In March I came in with ck engine light on. You said it was gas cap. Light was out when I left but after few days came back on. Came back in and you said nothing wrong. Light was out when I left. Again you said gas cap. Light came on again. Brought it in for 3rd time. You said same thing. Sent me home with light out. Ck engine light came on again and I figured no big deal. Came in for inspection/oil change and all new staff. They charged me for inspection & said it should have been flushed and would not pass me on inspection. Why different this time? So 3 times you sent me away with problem not solved. I have been a loyal good customer but I want someone I can trust. I do not have the stamina to keep bringing the car in, wait how long and worry that I am on the road with unsafe car. The excuse I got was “we weren’t there at the time”. Trust is lost. I’m wondering now if my car these 3 years has not been maintained as you claimed like this supposedly gas cap fix. Why the 2nd visit wasn’t “flushing out suggested?” Betty Swank

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Gibbon Tire & Auto! My car wasn’t drivable Brandon recommended a very reasonably priced towing service, which was a huge help during a stressful situation. Once my car arrived, Brandon took the time to explain exactly what needed to be fixed and was completely transparent about the repairs and costs. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication throughout the process. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Gibbon Tire & Auto has definitely earned my business. I highly recommend them, and a special thank you to Brandon for going above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth as possible!
